If your bag has an issue at any time while you own it, such as a zipper or handle breaking during normal use, just get in touch. Send us a clear photo or short video showing the problem and we will take care of the rest by replacing your bag.

What this guarantee covers

Zippers that fail or break
Handles that break or come away
Manufacturing faults that affect everyday use

What this guarantee does not cover

Damage caused by sharp or pointed objects piercing the PVC
Accidental damage, misuse, or damage outside of normal use

To help keep your bag in great condition, we recommend storing sharp items in protective cases.

This guarantee provides a replacement bag and does not include refunds.

This Lifetime Guarantee is offered by the current owner of the CamPaq brand and applies for the lifetime of the product while owned by the original purchaser. Guarantee terms may change if ownership of the CamPaq brand changes.
