Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
Returns are available if you have purchased an incorrect item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or there was an error on our part.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging
Your order details will be used to confirm your purchase.
Important:
If the original outer packaging has been removed or the item shows signs of handling, it may not be accepted as a return or may be approved as an exchange only. This is because clear PVC can show fingerprints and marks and may no longer be resellable as brand new.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product:
Return shipping is at your cost
Any price difference between products will be applied accordingly
Reshipping costs for the new item will apply, even where free shipping was included in the original order
In some cases, price differences may be applied toward reshipping and handling costs.
How to start a return or exchange
Please email us at info@campaq.net before sending any items back.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for return items are to be paid by the consumer unless there was an error with the order on behalf of CamPaq.
If your CamPaq Bag is faulty at any time - zip broken, handle comes off, stitching breaks - let us know so we can replace it for you.
You will need to email us first at info@campaq.net to let us know the details. We will ask for a photo or video of the problem before we replace it.
We can then send this information to our supplier so they can have a look at their manufacturing process to see where they can improve the production .
Obviously, being PVC, we do not recommend placing sharp items in the bags - unless they are fully wrapped - so they cannot put a hole in the bag. We cannot replace bags that have clearly been stabbed by a sharp object.
The PVC may yellow over time if left in the sun continuously - we have no control over this. We do however, recommend products from vehicle and marine accessory stores that, when applied to clear plastics, will condition the material and protect from yellowing.
Basically - if at any time - you have any problems with your CamPaq Bags - please email us campaq@bigpond.com because we want to know if there are any problems with our bags so we can fix those problems.
