What makes CamPaq Clear Camping Bags different from regular duffel bags?

CamPaq bags are made from premium PVC and heavy-duty zippers, ensuring durability and water-resistant protection. Rather than one big pocket where everything gets messy and hard to find -CamPaq Bags have see through pockets so you can separate find your gear instantly!

Are CamPaq bags waterproof?

Our bags are water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. The Large and Medium Bags have outer pockets with a jacket-style zip, which may allow some moisture in if left in rain.

What sizes are available?

We offer multiple sizes to fit your needs, from Under Bed - Large - Medium - Toiletry (smallest) and Under Bed. Check our product pages for exact dimensions.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day refund policy if you changed your mind. In this case, the bag must be returned in original condition with any tags and in original packaging. Customer to pay return postage.

We offer a 100% Lifetime Guarantee. If your bag is faulty, we’ll replace it free of charge after reviewing photo or video evidence.

How long does shipping take?

Can you tell me how the CamPaq 100% Lifetime Guarantee works?

Our 100% Lifetime Guarantee means we’ve got you covered if your bag has a fault — for example, if the handles or zippers break. Simply send us a photo or video showing the issue, and we’ll replace your bag.

Please note: the guarantee does not cover damage caused by sharp objects piercing the PVC. We recommend storing sharp items in protective cases to avoid accidental damage.

This guarantee is offered by the current owner of the CamPaq brand and may be subject to change if ownership of the business changes.

Where are CamPaq bags made?

CamPaq Bags are made in China by an outstanding manufacturer we carefully selected for their exceptional quality and attention to detail.

We explored options to make them in Australia but couldn’t match the same level of craftsmanship and value.

Our priority has always been to deliver a product you can trust - and I’m proud of the quality we offer.

How long does shipping take?: All orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days after order has been placed. Orders are sent using Australia Post with tracking numbers. Please alow 3-7 business days to receive your order. Delivery times may vary depending on peak times and high volumes. Please contact us if you have any issues with the delivery of your package.
How do I return item for a refund?: Send back your item within 30 days in original packaging to receive a full refund. Buyer pays return postage with tracking. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the post that have been sent without a tracking number.
Do you ship worldwide?: Yes - however shipping charges will apply to any orders delivered outside of Australia. Customers from outside of Australia will need to contact info@campaq.net to check the cost of the international postage before purchase.
Are Gift Cards digital only?: Yes - Gift Cards are digital only and delivered to an email address provided. We do not post any physical gift cards.
Do Gift Cards Expire?: No - Gift Cards do not have an expiration date. So you can use them whenever you want.
